Packages and projects
Cancel before work starts: full refund.
Cancel after work starts: refund for work not yet completed, minus the cost of work already done.
Once final files are delivered, payment is non-refundable.
Monthly packages can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. A cycle already started and delivered is not refunded.

Digital guide
Because it is delivered digitally, the guide is non-refundable once delivered. If the file is broken, wrong or not delivered, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Email with your name, payment details and reason. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
